RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
|
1) Any merchandise that is ordered through any of our affiliates must be returned through that/those respective affiliate(s) in accordance with their returns policy/policies. 2) Any merchandise ordered directly from Bellringer Supply Corporation that arrives damaged must be reported to our customer service department immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise before carrier leaves customer's premises, for reporting such damage to carrier before carrier leaves customer's premises, and for obtaining a damaged goods inspection report from the carrier. We cannot issue a returns authorization number unless customer has followed these procedures. 3) Any merchandise to be returned must be returned in its original carton, with all packaging materials and manufacturer paperwork intact. Merchandise which has been used or damaged by customer cannot be accepted for return. 4) Returns of stock merchandise will be accepted only after customer has obtained a valid returns authorization number (RA#) from our returns department within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept any returned merchandise for which shipping charges have not be prepaid by customer. Any merchandise that is returned without a valid RA# will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 5) All authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 6) There are positively no returns on special/custom orders, heavy equipment (e.g. - ovens, food warmers, grills, rotisseries, refrigerators, freezers, etc.), glassware, plastic drinkware, china, international orders or orders placed upon approval of sample merchandise. To ensure product satisfaction, we encourage all customers to call our customer service department at (877) 593-8193 to inquire about the availability of samples. We cannot offer samples of all products, however, samples are generally available for glassware, plastic drinkware, melamine dinnerware and accessories, and tableware products, and are limited to one (1) per customer. (All samples are shipped via UPS Ground Track or USPS. Overnight service is available at the customer's expense.)
